Welcome to EROS FPV. By purchasing our custom frames, components, or related merchandise, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store and purchasing products from EROS FPV, you enter into a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing our hardware.

2. Product Use & DIY Assembly

  • Hobbyist Nature: FPV drone building, tuning, and flying involve inherent mechanical and electrical risks. Our products are intended for experienced hobbyists and professionals.

  • User Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for proper assembly, soldering, hardware installation, firmware configuration, and safe operation of their aircraft.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Customers are entirely responsible for complying with all local aviation laws, safety guidelines, and airspace regulations regarding unmanned aircraft systems.

3. Warranty & Return Policy

  • Manufacturing Defects: We stand by the precision machining of our T700 carbon fiber kits. Unassembled items with a verified manufacturing defect may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

  • Exclusions: Due to the extreme physical demands and high-impact nature of freestyle FPV flight, crash damage, normal wear and tear, and user error during assembly are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.

  • Modified Components: Items that have been modified, sanded, or structurally altered after delivery are ineligible for return or exchange.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

EROS FPV SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, OR LOSS OF FLIGHT FOOTAGE—ARISING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR FAILURE OF OUR FRAMES AND PRODUCTS.

The operator assumes all operational risk associated with electronic failures, signal loss, component dislodgement, or mid-air collisions.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EROS FPV, its owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your operation, use, or misuse of our products, or your violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Oregon.
